Why I'm Here: Part of my life's work as a writer is to serve as a source of inspiration — or, a muse — to others. I'm here to help you imagine, unfold and clarify your creative expressions into forms and forums that accurately reflect who you are and what you want to articulate to the world. The exchange is reciprocal: inspiring others inspires me, and vice versa — which creates a scintillating vortex through which the muses may enter. Why I Write: I write to create, to expand, to charm, to let go, to confide, to contrast, to derive, to dispute, to include, to escape, to allow, to heal, to divulge, to cajole, to catalyze, to evolve, to confess, to amaze, to edify, to risk, to respond, to inquire, to accept, to contribute, to speculate, to educate, to glorify, to dare, to feel, to show-not-tell, to inspire and be inspired! Why I Offer Editing and Creative Consulting:
Words Bring Me Alive: This quote, which has been taped on my computer monitor for quite some time, echoes how passionate I am about my craft: "It's not like I don't have a choice, because I do. I can either write or kill myself." Inspiration is the opposite of expiration, right? I don't want to die, to cease, to end — I want to live completely, divinely, perpetually. And so I write.
